Key Accountabilities:1. As part of our researchers’ family, you will be working closely with the various business lines, regional headquarter, and liaison offices surrounding Guangzhou2. You will be assigned a specific sector in South China to follow up, out of Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial, Business Park, Investment and Macro Economy; the major responsibility is to prepare the quarterly and annual research reports, tracking the leasing and sales market in respective sectors, and being able to comment on the current market and future trend3. You will also cover one of the major cities in South China and monitor the city on a quarterly basis with support from various business lines and our local liaison offices.
